Admiral Mitchell Graham's daughter Maria Frances Graham married on 29/05/1798 at the parish church of Saint Marylebone in London Charles - Pierre de Selle, Count du Mesnil - Saint - Denis,  a Cavalry Captain in the Artois Regiment (HRH the Count d'Artois eventually became King Charles X of France) attached to the army of HRH the Prince of Conde in Koblenz. Maria Frances and Charles Pierre were introduced to one other  by the Earl of Moira (Francis Edward Rawdon, 1st Marquess of Hastings). Upon the Bourbon Monarchy restoration in 1814 they were 'introduced' to the Royal Court in Paris during the same year.
