Albert Adrià has all the ingredients of a creative genius. Playing a key role in the creation of elBulli, the greatest restaurant in history, wasn't enough. Escaping the shadow of his famous brother Ferran, Albert is seeking his own success.

A documentary that covers the emergence of Catalan chef Albert Adria, brother of Ferran Adria of elBullio fame, as a culinary force in his own right. The film covers around five years in Alberto's life as he opens up a number of different restaurants in Barcelona, culminating in his groundbreaking work with Enigma.
